Getting started
Magiq is a prompt-first AI photo editor. You tell it what to do and tap where to apply the change. Our Magiq Engine™ powers Aim-Select AI (edit only the area you choose), EdgeGuard (hair/fabric stay crisp), and Reality-Lock (everything else remains untouched).
Yes. Your Magiq account keeps your subscription/credits and basic preferences in sync. We do not store your photos—they live on your device.
Subscriptions & billing
- Free: limited credits, watermark on exports, interstitial ads.
- Plus: 160 credits/month, Base model, no watermark, no ads.
- Pro: 400 credits/month, Enhanced model (up to ~1.7×), Priority, Max Quality, no watermark, no ads.
Annual options are available in-app.
All purchases are managed by the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Prices may vary by region, currency, and tax.
Yes—cancel from your store account:
- iOS: App Store → profile → Subscriptions → Magiq → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Magiq → Cancel
You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their policies. Please request a refund through your store account.
Yes. Upgrades usually take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal per store rules.
Subscriptions are tied to the store account used to purchase. Cross-platform transfers aren't guaranteed. If you're switching platforms, email info@magiqapp.com and we'll advise based on your setup.

- Normal edit: 1 credit
- High-resolution / Max Quality edit: 2 credits
No. Credits refresh monthly with your plan to keep costs predictable.
Yes—credit packs are available in-app. (In some regions, buying packs may require an active Plus/Pro subscription.)
You can purchase a pack, upgrade to Pro, or wait for your monthly refresh.
Free tier & ads
Yes. New users receive starter credits. We may also grant weekly bonus credits (availability can vary).
The watermark helps us offer a free tier while covering compute costs. Plus/Pro exports have no watermark.
Free usage includes interstitial ads on both iOS and Android. Subscribing removes ads.
Editing, quality & models
Free/Plus use our Base model. Pro uses an Enhanced model (up to ~1.7× better) with Priority and Max Quality modes for tougher edits.
- Be specific in your prompt (e.g., "clean studio white background with soft floor shadow").
- Use Aim-Select to paint only the area you want changed.
- For tricky edges (hair, glass, fabric), try Pro with Max Quality (2 credits).
AI generation can be stochastic. If you're close, try another variant, refine the prompt, or adjust your selection.
Accounts, login & identity
Sign in with Google, Facebook, Apple (iOS only), or email.
No. One sign-in method per account. You cannot link multiple providers.
No. Account emails can't be changed after creation.
No. For email login we send a 6-digit OTP to your email. There's no password to remember or reset.
If you need a different email/provider, you can delete your account and create a new one (you may lose subscriptions/credits; contact info@magiqapp.com first and we'll advise).
Privacy & data
No. Your photos remain on your device. For generations, images are securely processed in the cloud and deleted after processing (or within a short reliability window). We do not train models on your content by default.
Before uninstalling, make sure your photos are saved in your device gallery or exported. Uninstalling may remove local edits/cache.
Don't upload illegal or unsafe content. We may block content that violates platform policies.

Restore purchases & troubleshooting
Open Magiq → Settings → Restore Purchases. Ensure you're logged into the same App Store/Play account you used to buy.
- Confirm you're signed into the correct Magiq and store accounts.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- If it persists, contact info@magiqapp.com with your store receipt.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try again later (heavy traffic can cause brief slowdowns).
- If issues persist, send logs via Settings → Help or email info@magiqapp.com.

Yes—Magiq has a public API with gated documentation. Email sales@magiqapp.com with your company, use case, monthly volume, region, and timeline to request access.
Magiq Engine™ combines our proprietary pre/post-processing, region controls, and quality gates with state-of-the-art models to deliver photoreal results. We don't disclose internal providers.
