How to delete your account
You can delete your Magiq account directly from the app or by contacting us via email.
Delete directly in the app (Recommended)
Open the Magiq app
Launch the app on your device
Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account
Confirm deletion
Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account
⚠️ Account deletion cannot be undone. Magiq deletes account data it controls unless retention is required by law. Local files stay on your device until you remove them, and service providers may retain limited data under their applicable terms.
Alternative: Delete via email
Send an email from your account email
You must send the deletion request from the email address associated with your Magiq account
Wait for confirmation
We will process your request within the period required by applicable law and send a confirmation email.
Important information
- • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- • Magiq-controlled account data is deleted unless it must be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes; local and provider-held data follow the Privacy Policy.
- • Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion (via App Store/Play Store)
- • You can create a new account later, but previous data cannot be restored
