How to delete your account
You can delete your Magiq account directly from the app or by contacting us via email.
Delete directly in the app (Recommended)

Open the Magiq app
Launch the app on your device

Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account

Confirm deletion
Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account
⚠️ This action is not reversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Alternative: Delete via email

Send an email from your account email
You must send the deletion request from the email address associated with your Magiq account

Wait for confirmation
We'll process your request within 1-2 business days and send you a confirmation email

Important information
- • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- • All your data, including edits and preferences, will be permanently deleted
- • Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion (via App Store/Play Store)
- • You can create a new account later, but previous data cannot be restored
